Enbody is now 3D

Enbody now has 3d particles and the ability to rotate and zoom the camera on that scene. Great for getting "that shot" or for just enjoying the view. More advanced camera controls might come at a later date - or feel free to issue a PR on github!

A few more attractors functions have also been added, along with updating all of the previous functions to work in 3d.

The extra degree of freedom means that a lot of situations end up as nuclei with orbiting minor bodies, but also that everything is a bit more exciting while it's on its way there; plus you can get some spectacular orbiting rings in some cases.
